● Shifted focus over the last eight months from marketing and web design into product design, contributing to the core product & UI and interaction design for an AI platform used in customer support, debt collection, and proactive engagement. ● Designed a plan-expiry notification flow end to end, including two “notify admin” approaches explored side by side to compare how users would resolve an expired plan. ● Adapted key product screens and flows for mobile, keeping parity with the desktop experience. ● Built production-ready interactive UI components in React/TypeScript (data-viz charts, comparison sliders, audio waveforms, animated timelines), working directly alongside engineering. ● Earlier at Moveo: designed bilingual product and landing pages, and built the marketing site & Framer component system.
